Zusammenfassung

Inspired Living QLD is expanding its Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane regions and is hiring compassionate support workers to mentor participants.

You’ll provide person-centered care, help participants build independence, and support their progress toward NDIS goals within a trauma-informed environment. The role involves 30+ hours/week on a 24/7 roster and travel across Brisbane/Gold Coast.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a supportive team.
• Commitment to regular hours (30+ hours/week) across a 24/7 roster.
• Current valid driver’s license and sole-use of a reliable vehicle.
