Inspired Living QLD is expanding its team across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane regions, seeking compassionate Support Workers and Participant Mentors to empower people living with psychosocial needs. This casual, temporary associate role offers meaningful, trauma-informed care and opportunities to help participants grow independence and achieve NDIS goals.

You will join a values-driven organisation with training, mentorship, and ongoing development, working 30+ hours per week on a 24/7

Qualifications

• You have a genuine and professional approach to care.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills to work with participants and teams.
