Job summary

Inspired Living QLD in Toowoomba, Queensland is seeking a Casual Temporary Associate to support participants with psychosocial needs, helping them build independence, resilience and daily living skills. You will work towards NDIS goals with person-centred support, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and promote community participation, with ongoing training and mentoring provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, professional approach and good communication.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job.
• Ability to work independently and within a supportive team.
• Commitment to regular hours (30+ hours/week) across a 24/7 roster.
• Current driver’s license and sole use of a reliable vehicle.
