Job summary

Real Life Skills Support Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking dedicated Support Workers/Mentors to deliver high-quality care to NDIS clients. The role involves travelling to different clients, building trust, and supporting individual goals.

Ideal candidates have experience with complex support needs, strong communication, teamwork, and hold a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver's licence with car and insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with complex support needs in different environments.
• Ability to communicate well with others and work in a team.
• Friendly disposition and engaging manner.
• Experience with mental health is desirable.
• Yellow Card/ NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card are required or desirable.
• Current First Aid or CPR certificate and a valid full driver's licence with car and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care services to NDIS clients in a professional, engaging manner.
• Travel to different clients and build trust, rapport and support toward individual goals.
• Work as part of a passionate team to support clients’ needs and outcomes.
