Life Without Barriers Education Limited in NSW is seeking a Deputy Principal for a newly created role. Permanent Full Time position across multiple NSW campuses, commencing January 2027.

The role partners with the Principal and National Education team to strengthen teaching and student wellbeing. You will lead curriculum planning, oversee assessment, support disengaged students, and promote trauma‑informed practice while travelling to campuses as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Current NESA accreditation or ability to meet accreditation requirements.
• Experience in educational leadership including staff supervision and professional development.
• Proven ability to lead curriculum planning, assessment and quality improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation of teaching and learning model across NSW campuses.
• Embed trauma‑informed and culturally responsive school culture.
• Guide curriculum planning, assessment, and NCCD compliance.
• Lead staff supervision, coaching and professional development.
• Support staff in therapeutic approaches and student wellbeing.
• Oversee records, reporting and safe transitions to education or employment.
