Job summary

Atwea College invites applications for two Deputy Principal positions to lead and support across multiple campuses in New South Wales. You will work with the Principal, Heads of Campus and other Deputy Principals to drive high-quality teaching, inclusive learning and positive student outcomes.

You will bring senior leadership experience in education, a commitment to equity and inclusion, and a collaborative, hands-on approach to improve education across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification (Diploma of Education or higher).
• Proven senior leadership experience in education with a track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing leaders, building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Leading and improving teaching and learning practices, curriculum delivery and educational outcomes across campus portfolios.
• Coaching and developing Heads of Campus to strengthen leadership capability, team performance and staff development.
• Championing student wellbeing, inclusion and coordinated support for students with disability and complex learning needs.
• Overseeing complex student support, child protection and high-risk wellbeing matters.
• Driving consistent practices, regulatory compliance and effective operational planning across campuses.
• Building strong relationships with students, families, staff and the wider community to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
