Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NESA accreditation or ability to meet accreditation requirements.
• Experience in educational leadership with staff supervision and coaching.
• Proven ability to lead curriculum planning, assessment and quality improvement.
• Experience supporting disengaged students, including those with trauma.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the teaching and learning model to deliver differentiated, curriculum-aligned learning.
• Embed trauma-informed CARE and Ways of Working to prioritise wellbeing and student voice.
• Guide curriculum planning, assessment, quality assurance and moderation including learning plans and NCCD.
• Lead staff supervision, coaching, reflective practice and professional development.
• Support staff to apply therapeutic practices and build positive relationships with students and families.
• Oversee records, reporting, compliance and transitions into further education or work.
