Life Without Barriers Education Limited in NSW is seeking a Deputy Principal to lead teaching and learning across our network. This permanent, full-time role supports the Principal and National Education team to drive quality and to build a safe, empowering school culture where young people feel supported and included.

Qualifications

• Current NESA accreditation, or able to meet accreditation requirements.
• Proven educational leadership experience guiding teaching teams.
• Experience supporting disengaged students through trauma-informed practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation of teaching and learning models to support positive student outcomes.
• Embed trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices across the school.
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and data requirements (NCCD).
• Lead staff supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Support staff in applying therapeutic approaches and building positive relationships with students and families.
• Oversee records, reporting, safety, and transitions into further education or employment.
