Job summary

Full Stop Australia seeks a dedicated Sexual Violence Justice Navigator to support victim-survivors across metropolitan Sydney, guiding them through rights, options, and justice pathways with trauma-informed care.

The role sits within the Clinical and Client Services department and requires independence, professional ethics, and strong collaboration with multiple services to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supporting survivors of sexual violence with knowledge of dynamics and context.
• Experience with intersectional feminist, rights advocacy, trauma-informed practice frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NSW justice and recovery service offerings and multi-agency negotiation.
• Experience in trauma-informed and survivor-centred practice, in related settings.
• Experience conducting psychosocial assessments and risk assessments of adults and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, survivor-centred support to victim-survivors across metropolitan Sydney.
• Assist clients to understand rights and navigate justice and recovery services.
• Support informed decisions about options for support and recovery.
• Navigate criminal, civil and complaints processes and restorative justice options.
