Job summary

Full Stop Australia is seeking a dedicated Sexual Violence Justice Navigator in Inner West. This fixed-term, 24-month contract role offers the chance to support victim-survivors through NSW justice and related services, aiming to empower informed decisions and access to rights.

The role requires trauma-informed, survivor-centered practice and strong knowledge of NSW service systems, with qualifications in SW/psych/criminology/law. Salary packaging and wellbeing programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting survivors of sexual violence.
• Experience with trauma-informed practice.
• Knowledge of NSW justice and recovery services.
• Tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, criminology or law.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, trauma-informed support to victim-survivors.
• Assist with navigating criminal and civil justice processes.
• Advocate with multiple service systems to meet client needs.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and risk assessments.
