McAuley Community Services for Women in Footscray seeks a Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed, client-centred support for women and children facing homelessness and violence.

The role is a permanent full-time position (38 hours/week) with travel across McAuley sites. You will coach, supervise, monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with housing and mental health services.

Competenze

• Relevant qualification in Community Services or related field.
• Experience leading, coaching or supervising teams in family violence, homelessness, mental health or community services.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety planning and coordinated support planning.
• Understanding of MARAM, family violence legislation and Victorian service systems.
• Understanding of Aboriginal cultures and challenges faced by Aboriginal families.
• Willingness to travel across McAuley service locations.
