Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for staff, students and families.
Plan and manage resources effectively to support teaching and learning.
Commitment to Aboriginal education policy and culturally inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

Lead and model evidence-informed teaching to improve student outcomes.
Build and sustain high-quality, inclusive learning environments.
Develop staff capability and performance through feedback and coaching.
Foster partnerships with families and community to support wellbeing and learning.
Ensure strategic resource planning aligns with school priorities.
