Job summary

Interrelate is a not-for-profit organisation delivering relationship support across NSW. The CASE MANAGER role focuses on male victims of Domestic and Family Violence under the Safer Pathways program, delivering coordinated case management, safety planning and referrals across multiple Sydney regions.

You will work 2 days per week from Caringbah with some work-from-home, and attend Safety Action Meetings in the St George and Sutherland regions, requiring high-conflict and complex case management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience in case management and collaboration with services.
• Experience with victim–survivors of Domestic and Family Violence and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide case coordination in accordance with guidelines and processes.
• Liaise with Police to discuss risk rating changes.
• Prepare case notes and quarterly reports for victims supported.
• Represent male victims at Safety Action Meetings (SAMs) and follow up safety plans.
• Undertake intake assessments and develop action plans and referrals.
