BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Children's Art / Play Therapist & Counsellor to join our team in Broadmeadows. The role focuses on trauma-affected children and young people, delivering evidence-based counselling, play therapy and creative approaches to support resilience and emotional wellbeing.

You will work with families and coordinate care, with supervision and professional development provided.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in Domestic and Family Violence and/or Sexual Violence sector
• Minimum 2 years' experience providing counselling support to children and young people
• Experience trauma-informed counselling practice
• Experience facilitating counselling and therapeutic group programs

Responsabilidades

• Provide trauma-informed counselling to children and young people
• Deliver individual counselling, play-based therapy and art therapy
• Deliver therapeutic group programs and psycho-educational activities
• Support families affected by domestic and family violence and sexual violence
