Job summary

Marist180 is seeking a Caseworker to oversee case management for clients across therapeutic services, including residential and outreach programs. The role is primarily based at the Blacktown office, with responsibilities across the Western Sydney region.

You will develop case plans, engage with families, and work within a trauma-informed framework to support safety, permanency and wellbeing. The position requires a relevant degree and at least two years’ case management experience, with strong

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in case management with children/youth.
• Experience with families in contact with child protection systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional networks to improve client outcomes.
• Provide specialist case management advice to staff on case plans and treatment.
• Coordinate and monitor services in residential and outreach programs.
• Maintain and review case plans with clients and stakeholders quarterly.
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
