Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant discipline or significant experience considered.
• At least one year of case work or delivery of community support.
• Proficiency in another language highly regarded.
• Understanding of poverty in Australia and trauma‑informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Undertake assessments and develop case plans with participants.
• Manage an active caseload (approx. 15-20 participants).
• Provide appropriate referrals to internal or external services.
• Maintain person‑centred, trauma‑informed practice and data entry per policy.
