Job summary

Warakirri College Limited seeks a values-driven Head of Campus at the Campbelltown South campus to lead with high expectations and high care. You will oversee enrolments, student welfare and behaviour management, while guiding staff and resources to support disadvantaged students.

As part of the College’s Executive Leadership Team, you’ll implement strategic initiatives that align with the College’s Strategic Plan and foster strong community partnerships and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have recognised teaching qualification with current NESA accreditation (Proficient or above).
• Minimum five years in teaching or student welfare.
• Minimum two years in a leadership role with ability to lead diverse educational teams.
• Strong pastoral orientation and ability to work with students facing social and emotional challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building trust and leading collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Campbelltown South campus, including enrolments, student welfare and behaviour management.
• Coordinate campus staff, resources and facilities to support student outcomes.
• Implement strategic initiatives in line with the College's plan as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
