Warakirri College is seeking a values-driven educational leader for our Campbelltown South campus. The Head of Campus will oversee enrolments, student welfare, behaviour management and the coordination of campus staff and facilities.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will implement strategic initiatives aligned with the College's Plan while building strong community partnerships and leading with high expectations and high care.

The Head of Campus will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Campbelltown South campus including enrolments, student welfare, behaviour management and the support and coordination of campus staff, resources and facilities.
This role sits within the College’s Executive Leadership Team, responsible for implementing strategic initiatives consistent with the College’s Strategic Plan.
Key selection criteria:
Demonstrated commitment to values-aligned, trauma-informed education.
Recognised teaching qualification with current NESA accreditation at Proficient level or above.
A minimum of five years’ experience in a teaching or student welfare role.
A minimum of two years in a leadership role, with proven ability to lead, support and develop diverse educational teams.
Strong pastoral orientation, including the ability to work effectively with students experiencing social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build trust, lead collaboratively and hold staff to clear expectations.
Highly developed problem-solving skills, sound judgement and organisational capability, with the ability to prioritise and resolve complex issues in line with College and student needs.
Demonstrated resilience and emotional regulation, with the ability to maintain stable, effective performance under pressure or in challenging situations.
Ability to deliver strong community partnerships.
