You will plan transport activities and optimise schedules across NSW & ACT to deliver safe, reliable service while balancing customer requirements, fleet availability, and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport scheduling or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, driver planning and transport compliance.
• Experience with transport management or route optimisation platforms such as AMCS or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise transport schedules, routes and fleet allocations to maximise efficiency and service outcomes.
• Coordinate with operational leaders and customer service to ensure schedules are practical and compliant with CoR requirements.
• Analyse operational data and planning metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Support operations through strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
