Job summary

Personalised Freight Management in NSW is seeking an experienced Scheduler/Allocator to support daily metro, regional, and interstate transport operations. The role focuses on accurate run planning, resource allocation, and day-to-day coordination to meet service commitments and KPIs.

The successful candidate will plan and adjust runs, coordinate linehaul scheduling, verify driver and asset availability, and work across operations, warehouses, and drivers to maintain OTIF/ODIF targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport scheduling, allocation, or logistics operations.
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
• High attention to detail and scheduling accuracy.
• Clear communicator with ability to work across operations, warehouse teams, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and manage daily metro and regional delivery runs.
• Support and coordinate interstate linehaul scheduling and manifest communication.
• Confirm daily availability of drivers, vehicles, and subcontractors.
• Adjust schedules in response to volume changes and operational constraints.
• Design efficient runs to minimise unnecessary kilometres.
• Provide structured run-to-plan updates at scheduled checkpoints.
• Proactively identify service risks and implement corrective action.
• Support achievement of OTIF / ODIF and operational performance targets.
