Job summary

Randstad in Blayney, NSW seeks a Transport Coordinator to drive load planning, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across the network. You will report to the Transport Manager and coordinate loads, schedules, and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong transport operations background with experience in SAP, and a customer-focused approach to meet daily metrics. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong transport operational background with direct experience in transport planning and load allocation.
• FMCG or Healthcare experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve daily key metrics across Safety, Service, and Cost while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Australian residency with full working rights is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute load requirements within SAP, assembling orders into optimal delivery loads.
• Coordinate delivery timeslots and secure bookings with wholesale delivery warehouses to ensure EOT delivery deadlines are strictly met.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) guidelines, consistently meeting weekly Safety and Compliance KPI targets.
• Manage end-to-end paperwork flow procedures in an effective and timely manner using simplified internal systems.
• Coordinate load creation and time windows through clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
