The role requires 2+ years in transport coordination, strong Dynamics 365 and MS Office skills, and a highly organised, resilient approach. Temp-to-perm with a competitive hourly rate is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in transport coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Highly organised and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient transport schedules and routes to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles to daily deliveries based on capacity and compliance.
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust plans to manage delays or disruptions.
• Plan and book delivery and receiving slots with customers and distribution centres.
• Maintain site administration including PODs, manifests, run sheets, and daily reporting.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure transport activities integrate with warehouse and production operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with service expectations and safety standards.
