Opportunity to Lead a High-Performing Transport Operation

About the Role

As the PM Shift Transport Operations Manager, you will lead the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of our Linehaul and Pick Up & Delivery operations.

You'll be empowered to make decisions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a high-performing team while ensuring service, safety, productivity, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established transport operations team
• Oversee daily Linehaul, pallet, carton and PUD activities
• Drive service, safety and operational performance outcomes
• Manage transport routing efficiencies and resource utilisation
• Build strong relationships across operational and customer teams
• Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), WHS and fatigue management requirements
• Monitor, analyse and report on operational KPIs
• Facilitate effective communication and operational handovers between PM and AM teams
• Drive accountability and foster a positive, high-performance culture
