Job summary

Now Careers is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to oversee daily transport operations for pod slabs and concrete construction products across Sydney and NSW. The role focuses on safe, efficient, on-time delivery, coordinating drivers, subcontractors and fleet resources within a fast-paced construction environment.

You will monitor performance, costs and driver productivity while ensuring heavy vehicle compliance and site access requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Transport Manager, Transport Supervisor or Logistics Manager.
• Strong experience managing heavy vehicle fleets and drivers.
• Understanding of construction logistics and time-critical site deliveries.
• Sound knowledge of CoR and transport compliance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production and construction environment
• Confident leader with a hands-on approach
