Job summary

One Group is hiring a transport-focused forklift operator in Sydney to load trucks carrying building products 3–6 metres long. You will work with loose, non-palletised loads and operate a Linde counterbalance forklift, with up to 100 on/off movements per shift, making the role physically demanding.

Applicants should hold a current forklift licence, have at least 1 year of truck-loading experience with COR knowledge, and be confident handling loose loads.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence is mandatory.
• Experience loading trucks and understanding Chain of Responsibility (COR) – weight limits, load restraints, safety and load integrity (minimum 1 year).
• Confidence handling loose, non-palletised loads.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with building product lengths of 3–6 metres.
• Operate a Linde counterbalance forklift.
• Adapt to physically demanding shifts with frequent on/off forklift operation.
