Exodas Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage the movement of linehaul units in B-double, B-triple and road train configurations across North Queensland. You will ensure on-time delivery, maximise load capacity, maintain temperature-controlled freight, and communicate clearly with drivers, depots and customers in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience in linehaul interstate transport and refrigerated freight is essential; strong Excel and Office skills are

• Experience in linehaul/interstate road transport is required.
• Understanding of refrigerated freight is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Intermediate MS Office/Excel computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and work well in a team.

Exodas is a well-established and growing transport and logistics company operating along the East coast of Australia, from Nth Queensland to Melbourne.

Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD) with depots/yards also located inMelbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba.

We operate a fleet of 90 linehaul trucks (Kenworth, Volvo & Scania) and 300 + trailers.

The Role

Allocate and co-ordinate the movement of linehaul units in b-double, b-triple and road train configurations into and out of North Queensland to:

Ensure delivery times are met

Maximise load capacity of all units

Achieve optimum efficiency of freight movement

Ensure freight is at correct temperature(s) for product

Effectively communicate with drivers, depots and customers to ensure the above-mentioned key deliverables are met.

Experience within the linehaul/interstate road transport sector is required

Experience and understanding of refrigerated freight is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Intermediate (Office, Excel) computer skills are essential

Ability to calmly multi-task and prioritise in a sometimes high paced and high pressure environment

Ability to work well in a team environment
