About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting the delivery of transnational education programs and branch campus operations across a global network. Working closely with academic staff, partner institutions and University stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality, student-centred administrative services across the student lifecycle while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As the Transnational Education Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating student administration activities across the full student lifecycle.
  • Supporting transnational education delivery through academic and teaching administration.
  • Providing expert advice and responsive support to students, staff and education partners.
  • Contributing to service improvements, operational processes and stakeholder engagement.

This position makes a significant contribution to the University's strategic plan to "Changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters", by 2035 through supporting a seamless and student-centred experience for learners studying across transnational education programs and branch campus locations. Working collaboratively with colleagues, academic staff and education partners, the role contributes to a vibrant culture and embraces an agile approach to delivering responsive, high-quality services in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, you build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders and apply sound judgement to achieve effective outcomes.
