Job summary

Transdev in Sydney is seeking Authorized Officers for the Light Rail network. This role blends frontline customer service with revenue protection, including deterring fare evasion and issuing notices when required.

You will be out on the network daily, supporting passenger safety, handling difficult situations with empathy and clear communication, and may assist with crowd control during busy periods, disruptions or events.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Comfort working on a transit network and with the public.

Responsibilities
