Job summary

Transport for NSW, through Sydney Trains, is seeking a Manager Fare Compliance Operations and Planning to lead deployment strategies, performance management and workforce capability initiatives to maximise compliance and protect revenue.

You will develop revenue protection programs, drive business improvements and build strong relationships across the Transport Cluster to support operational objectives and customer outcomes. This is an on-site, permanent role based in Redfern, NSW.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading operational planning, deployment strategies, performance or support functions.
• Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and translate insights into practical actions.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational effectiveness of the Fare Compliance Unit through deployment strategies, performance management and training.
• Develop and implement revenue protection, business improvement and business support initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships across the Transport Cluster to maximise compliance outcomes.
