Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience supporting complex transformations and agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ORMF, APRA standards, and control design.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Risk and Control Self-Assessments and secure endorsement before deployment.
• Drive governance and go-live readiness across programs.
• Bridge agile delivery squads with Line 1 operational risk teams for seamless handovers.
• Coach teams in operational risk principles to enable speed and quality.
• Break down enterprise silos to accelerate decision-making and inform senior stakeholders.
