Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a proactive Transformation Lead – Credit Risk Initiatives to drive end-to-end delivery of credit transformation initiatives, turning strategic concepts into practical workflows across Credit Risk, Product, frontline lending specialists, and Technology teams.

Reporting to the Product Owner/Transformation Program Lead, you will scope work packages, steer sprint execution, remove blockers, and ensure new lending workflows are smoothly adopted across our Business and

Qualifications

4+ years delivering project outcomes in banking or financial services.
Experience with commercial or agribusiness lending workflows.
Proficient in Agile/Lean/hybrid delivery.
Strong stakeholder engagement across matrixed teams.
Proven ability to map processes and drive adoption.
Ability to measure delivery outcomes and improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day planning, backlog coordination, and delivery of credit transformation initiatives.
Translate risk concepts into actionable delivery plans and user stories.
Collaborate across Credit Risk, Risk Policy, Technology, and frontline bankers.
Facilitate process mapping, UAT, and pilot rollouts of simplified credit pathways.
Design rollout collateral and training for adoption.
Monitor milestones and provide updates to program steering groups.
