CPA Australia is seeking a Transformation & Business Readiness Lead to drive the Learning Evolution Program. You will oversee readiness planning, adoption strategies, and transition activities, working with program leaders, delivery teams and learning specialists to ensure smooth readiness for future-state operations.

This is a fixed-term contract to December 2027, with a focus on ensuring organizational preparedness, robust governance, and measurable readiness outcomes across the enterprise.

Formación

• Experience in change, transformation or business readiness for enterprise programs.
• Ability to translate program objectives into practical readiness plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitate senior-level communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Business and Operational Readiness Strategy for the Learning Evolution Program.
• Assess organisational readiness and deliver adoption and transition plans.
• Coordinate go-live planning, readiness assessments and deployment activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build engagement and accountability for change.
• Develop readiness measures, dashboards and reporting for informed decision-making.
• Identify and manage readiness risks, issues and dependencies across the program.
• Support transition to BAU operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
