Job summary

CSR Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Transformation team for a 12-month fixed-term contract in North Ryde. The role focuses on analysing current-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing future-state solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work with project managers, change managers, and business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and support design and implementation of fit-for-purpose

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives.
• Strong ability to gather, document, analyse, and translate requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current processes and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements across transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state solutions.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Lead the creation of future-state process documentation and work instructions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights to support decision-making.
• Support business case development through analysis and benefits identification.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
