• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements across transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business needs and define future-state solutions.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
• Lead the creation of future-state business process documentation, including workflows and work instructions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for decision-making.
• Support business case development through robust analysis, solution evaluation, and benefits identification.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements and outcomes.
• Assess impacts of proposed changes and support transition planning and readiness activities.
• Prepare test scenarios, support UAT, and validate solution outcomes.
• Monitor and support realization of business benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to governance, reporting, issue management, and decision-making.
