Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational performance, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews and redesign initiatives.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagement forums.
• Drive change adoption and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track benefits realisation and report on key performance outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with executives, managers and operational leaders.
• Support strategic business objectives through effective transformation delivery.
