Job summary

FR Consultancy in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with 10+ years' experience to drive technology transformation and infrastructure modernisation. You will lead major upgrades to Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Vault, and related workplace platforms, and steer on‑premises to cloud migrations and Microsoft 365 modernisation.

You will develop transformation roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery plans in collaboration with delivery teams.

• Experience delivering infrastructure modernisation programs and platform upgrades.
• Proven track record migrating on-premises workloads to cloud solutions.

• Lead on-premises to cloud migration and Microsoft 365 modernisation initiatives.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, solution approaches, business cases, governance, and delivery plans.
• Work closely with architects, SMEs, technology leaders, and delivery teams to drive transformation outcomes.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, risk/dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Banking or Financial Services experience and multi-vendor environment exposure are desirable.
