Job summary

Akkodis seeks an experienced Modern Workplace Technical Architect in Canberra to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies.

You will work with stakeholders and technical specialists to ensure alignment with security, governance, and operational requirements, producing architecture artefacts and roadmaps, and guiding implementation planning and transition activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Modern Workplace Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft workplace technologies and solution architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop architecture documentation and technical designs.
• Experience working within structured governance environments.
• Existing AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance (or higher).
• Ability to work onsite in Canberra.

Responsibilities

• Design secure workplace solutions aligned with organisational and government security requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance across Microsoft 365 services and end-user computing platforms.
• Lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

The Role
