Job summary

Green Light is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to lead large-scale digital workplace and data transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. You will provide technical leadership for migration and modernisation programs involving Microsoft 365, unstructured data, and critical content repositories.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, project teams, and vendors to design scalable solutions and drive successful outcomes across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise transformation programs.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments and solution design across migration and transformation workstreams.

• Provide technical leadership through discovery, design, and transition phases.

• Analyse data repositories to identify migration, consolidation, and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop data governance, security, and lifecycle management recommendations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery planning across workstreams.

About the Role

Green Light is seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to support large-scale digital workplace and data transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

This role will provide technical leadership across migration and modernisation programs involving Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, unstructured data, and business-critical content repositories. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, project teams, and vendors to design practical, scalable solutions that support organisational transformation objectives.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical consulting capability with stakeholder engagement, solution design, delivery planning, and migration expertise to drive successful outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessments and solution design activities across migration and transformation workstreams
• Develop migration strategies and delivery approaches for Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms
• Facilitate workshops with business, technical, security, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
• Provide technical leadership throughout discovery, design, implementation, and transition phases
• Coordinate migration planning, readiness assessments, validation activities, cutovers, and post-implementation support
• Analyse enterprise data repositories and identify migration, consolidation, and optimisation opportunities
• Develop recommendations relating to data classification, governance, permissions, security, and content lifecycle management
• Manage technical dependencies, risks, assumptions, and mitigation activities across multiple workstreams
• Support governance forums, design reviews, technical approvals, and stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and vendors to ensure successful execution and operational readiness
• Produce solution documentation, technical assessments, migration runbooks, and transition artefacts
• Drive business engagement and sign-off activities throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise transformation programs
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including:
• SharePoint Online
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business
• Power Platform
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale migration, collaboration, modern workplace, or data transformation initiatives
• Strong solution design and technical consulting experience within complex environments
• Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Experience developing migration strategies, cutover plans, and operational handover approaches
• Strong understanding of information management, data governance, security, and compliance principles
• Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery planning activities
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical technology solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Experience working with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and operational teams
