Job summary

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Business Transformation & Insights Analyst to drive Franchise Development and the Future initiatives through data, analytics, and BI. You’ll provide meaningful insights to support strategic decisions, performance improvement, and innovation across the Dealer Network.

In this permanent, full-time Port Melbourne role, you’ll combine analytical expertise with stakeholder engagement to shape franchise operations and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analysing large and complex datasets with focus on accuracy and actionable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Semantic Models, and data modelling principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business for reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and scorecards for planning and forecasting.
• Create automated reporting and visualisation solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against objectives, providing actionable improvement strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, reporting datasets, and BI solutions.
• Contribute to governance, standards, processes, and documentation for scalable reporting.
