Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia in Port Melbourne is hiring a Business Transformation & Insights Analyst to drive analytics across the dealer network and support strategic decision-making. You will partner with stakeholders to develop reporting, dashboards and insights that drive performance improvements.

You will design automated reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms, maintain data models and governance, and contribute to Franchise Development initiatives in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics and reporting to translate data into insights.
• Strong Power BI and Excel skills for dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience with large datasets with focus on data quality and actionable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Semantic Models, and data modelling principles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor for reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Gather, analyse and interpret performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
