Job summary

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Business Transformation & Insights Analyst to drive analytics and reporting across the Dealer Network. You will leverage Power BI, Excel, and data platforms to deliver timely insights that inform planning, forecasting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics, BI reporting, or data analysis with translating data into insights.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills for dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience analyzing large, complex datasets with focus on accuracy and outcomes.
• Knowledge of Fabric, data modelling, and scalable BI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders for reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and scorecards for planning and forecasting.

As a Business Transformation & Insights Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Toyota's Franchise Development and Franchise of the Future initiatives. Leveraging data, analytics, and business intelligence, you'll provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, performance improvement, and innovation across our Dealer Network.

How you'll make an impact

• Partner with stakeholders across the business as a trusted advisor for reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
• Gather, analyse, and interpret business performance data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance scorecards that provide timely and accurate insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Create automated reporting and visualisation solutions using Power BI and Microsoft data platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate performance against Dealer, project, and business transformation objectives, providing recommendations and actionable improvement strategies.
• Support the development and maintenance of data models, reporting datasets, and business intelligence solutions to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Contribute to reporting governance, standards, processes, and documentation that support sustainable and scalable reporting capabilities.

• Experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel skills, including the development of dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience analysing large and complex datasets, with a strong focus on accuracy, data quality, and actionable outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Semantic Models, and data modelling principles to support scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making across the business.
