Job summary

Investa is looking for a Transformation Analyst early in their career to help improve how we work across people, process and systems. You’ll learn business analysis from the ground up while contributing to real projects that impact the business.

You’ll work with experienced teammates, run workshops, and help deliver change as your skills grow, including exploring AI and digital tools to optimise workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, commerce, operations, organisational psychology, change management, service design, property, industrial engineering or related field.
• Exposure to analysis, process improvement or change through internships, part-time work or projects.
• Ability to bring structure to messy problems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify simplifications, speed-ups or risk reductions.
• Design practical future-state processes and system improvements with stakeholders.
• Run workshops and gather input from across the business during changes.
• Support delivery of change and take on more ownership of workstreams over time.
• Explore how AI, automation and digital tools can improve workflows and decision-making.
