Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a skilled AI and AX Design professional to advance client transformation programs. You will design future-state processes, benchmark trends, and develop AI-enabled solutions that integrate with client operations.

You will apply structured guidance while expanding your domain expertise, work across industries, and contribute to reference libraries. You’ll join a global team delivering digital, cloud and security capabilities with a focus on real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Experience producing industry or function trend analyses, benchmarking outputs, or change-impact assessments
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities)
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design
• Minimum 1 year ofexperience delivering project work in consulting environment OR industry experience in at least one domain (e.g., Banking/Capital Markets, Insurance, Software and Platforms, Communications and Media, High Tech, Health, Public Service, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods Retail and Travel, Industrial, Energy, Utilities or Chemical and Natural Resources)
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to support trend analyses, benchmarking, and change-impact assessments.
• Design future-state process specifications with AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI visualization tools.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated industry and peer comparison tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to refine domain reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference libraries and maintain domain expertise through learning.
