Job summary

The role focuses on technical sales support, proposing refrigeration solutions and coordinating with customers, contractors and internal teams to deliver projects from sales through post-installation.

The position emphasizes natural refrigerants, Transcritical CO2 solutions, and building strong customer relationships across Australia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience within the commercial refrigeration industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Experience in technical sales, engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of refrigeration controls and system applications.
• Experience or knowledge of natural refrigerants and CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• The ability to translate technical requirements into practical customer solutions.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical sales support and solutions to customers
• Preparing technical proposals and supporting equipment selection
• Working with customers and contractors to understand project requirements
• Supporting refrigeration projects through the sales, installation and post-installation stages
• Providing technical guidance and training to customers and contractors
• Supporting natural refrigerant solutions, including Transcritical CO2 systems
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Travelling within Australia as required
