1455 Epiq Australia, Pty Ltd. is seeking a Transcription Coordinator to ensure accurate typing, timely finalization, and delivery of transcripts in line with the production schedule and style guides.

You will work with Transcription Managers and a team of transcribers to allocate work across jurisdictions. The role involves coordinating with the operations team, maintaining delivery accuracy, and assisting in training and quality assessments as required.

Formación

• Basic office administration experience preferred (6–12 months).

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Transcription Manager/Operations Manager to assign jurisdictions.
• Assist with transcriber allocations for same day and delayed transcription work.
• Merge, produce, finalize and deliver transcripts per client style guides.
• Ad-hoc setup of transcript orders and directories before assignments.
• Provide transcript billing information to Operations/Administration.
