Responsibilities

• Produce high quality transcript in accordance with delivery deadlines
• Proofread transcripts prior to submission
• Utilize supporting information to ensure accurate transcription
• Maintain glossaries up to date
• Cross-train on jurisdictions as directed
• Familiar with Liberty, FTR, VIQ audio playback platforms
• Familiar with TOPS/macros and other production tools
• Maintain productivity levels as directed
• Communicate with transcribers and Transcript Manager/Coordinator
• Communicate with Monitoring team and QA Lead Analyst
• Act on feedback from QA Lead Analyst or Transcript Manager
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects
• Partake in regular performance reviews and training
• Ensure communications are clear and align with business requirements
• Work safely and comply with company policies
