Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a first point of contact for Institutional Banking clients in Sydney to manage queries across Transactional Banking products, from onboarding to ongoing servicing and experience enhancement.

The role focuses on building client relationships, understanding needs and industry context, and ensuring compliant, efficient service across Corporate Cards, Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services and CommBiz.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in business or transactional banking or contact center operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused with collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries via calls, emails, and digital channels with timely, accurate resolution.
