Job summary

MPAU Technology is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in Victoria to hire a Training Specialist who will design, develop and deliver end-to-end training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro. The role focuses on end-user readiness, capability uplift and successful adoption across a diverse workforce during a major HR transformation.

You will conduct training needs analyses, create reference guides, e-learning modules and job aids, deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended programs,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro training in healthcare.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise training programs in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs for SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across the organisation.
• Conduct training needs analyses for HR teams, payroll, end users and leaders.
• Develop training materials including guides, e-learning modules and job aids.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and blended learning to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, HR, payroll and change teams to align content with future processes.
• Partner with Change Management to drive user readiness and adoption.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments and adoption metrics; implement improvements.
• Provide post-go-live coaching, floor walking and refresher training.

Are you passionate about learning, change, and helping people successfully adopt new technology? We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to play a critical role ensuring successful adoption of the single SAP SuccessFactors (SF) solution and UKG Pro (Rostering System) or a major healthcare organisation in Victoria.

Our client is a leading healthcare organisation currently undertaking a significant organisational transformation following the integration of multiple healthcare entities. As part of this transformation, the organisation is implementing a new enterprise HR platform and requires an experienced Training Specialist to drive end-user readiness, capability uplift, and successful adoption across a diverse workforce.

Description

• Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across the organisation.


• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning requirements for HR teams, people leaders, payroll teams, and end users.


• Develop engaging training materials including: participant reference guides, e-learning modules, job aids, user adoption resources.


• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs to a diverse stakeholder group across multiple business functions.


• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, HR, payroll, and change teams to ensure training content aligns with future-state business processes.


• Partner closely with Change Management teams to drive user readiness, engagement, and system adoption.


• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, making continuous improvements where required.


• Provide post-go-live support, floor walking, coaching, and refresher training to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Profile

A successful 'Training Specialist' should have:

• Experience delivering training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKGpro platforms


• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs in the healthcare industry.


• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.


• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.


• Experience working within project or large scale transformation environments.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training deliverables simultaneously.
