Job summary

Talent International is seeking a Senior Learning and Knowledge Management specialist to drive the design and delivery of learning resources during enterprise system changes. You will work with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure end users have access to effective learning content, documentation and knowledge resources for SAP S/4HANA, payroll and workforce management transformations.

• Experience across learning design, instructional design or knowledge management.
• Experience with SAP implementations or enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning development principles.
• Experience creating eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Excellent written communication and end-user documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience in technology transformation or system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content, eLearning, training manuals and user guides.
• Develop learning and knowledge resources supporting SAP S/4HANA, payroll and workforce management solutions.
• Coordinate course structures, training content, delivery methods and evaluation activities.
• Create and maintain work instructions, end-user documentation and system support materials.
• Update learning and user documentation following software releases and system changes.
• Manage version control across training content, communication portals and knowledge libraries.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure learning materials are accurate, consistent and fit for purpose.
• Provide guidance and advice on instructional design and knowledge management approaches.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and support successful organisational and system change.

Working closely with project teams, subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will help ensure end users are equipped with the learning, documentation and knowledge resources required to successfully adopt new and changing enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop learning content, eLearning, training manuals, user guides and supporting materials.
• Develop learning and knowledge resources supporting SAP S/4HANA, payroll and workforce management solutions.
• Coordinate course structures, training content, delivery methods and evaluation activities.
• Create and maintain work instructions, end-user documentation and system support materials.
• Update learning and user documentation following software releases and system changes.
• Manage version control across training content, communication portals and knowledge libraries.

About You

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience across learning design, instructional design, training development or knowledge management, ideally within a major SAP or enterprise technology transformation.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience developing training and learning materials for SAP implementations or major enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning development and knowledge management principles.
• Experience developing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Strong capability producing training manuals, work instructions, user guides and other end-user documentation.
• Experience managing the creation, packaging and ongoing maintenance of knowledge resources.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consultation and facilitation capabilities.
• Experience working within complex technology transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams.
