Job summary

Speller International is seeking an experienced Training & Enablement Lead to own the end-to-end training strategy for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure people are ready, confident and productive from day one of go-live, working across change management and technical streams.

The role requires hands-on WalkMe content design, sprint planning, and leading a team of trainers and content developers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training and enablement on an SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe, including building and managing content.
• Working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and how training fits into each phase.
• Strong stakeholder management, with confidence engaging senior leaders and business users.
• Experience leading and coordinating trainers and content teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong prior experience leading challenging, complex large programmes.

Responsibilities

• Track readiness and adoption, report to programme leadership and drive continuous improvement post go-live
